We are a franchised business, which means that we own and operate our business. This enables us to employ local people, invest locally and support local community and sporting groups. Most underwriting and claims decisions are made in our local office or onsite at our client's place of business, enabling fast and efficient turnaround.
We have a diverse mix of clients, mainly in the rural and regional small and medium enterprise sector. Our clients include various types of farming operations, commercial enterprise, manufacturing and retail businesses, tradespeople, along with tourism, hospitality and health providers.
All of our staff are members of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and comply with the Institute's Code of Ethics.
