Product Disclosure Statements (PDS)

Before deciding what cover is right for you, it's important to consider the product disclosure statement (PDS) for each insurance policy. These documents will help you understand your options and find out exactly what is, and what isn't covered.

Target Market Determination (TMD)

A Target Market Determination (TMD) is available for all our retail products. The TMD describes which customers are in the target market for a particular retail insurance product, and importantly, which customers are not in the target market for that product. Each retail insurance product is designed and intended for customers in the target market for that product based on their likely needs, objectives and financial situation. The product may be unsuitable for customers who are not in the target market for that product. When considering purchasing a retail insurance product, you may wish to view the TMD that describes the target market. If so, please access the relevant TMD located below.

Key Fact Sheets

The Key Fact Sheet (KFS) sets out some of the key events covered and not covered by our Home Building and Contents policies and other information you should consider when deciding whether to purchase these products. The KFS does not provide a complete statement of the cover offered, nor all the exclusions, conditions and limits that apply under the policy. You should carefully read the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and Target Market Determination (TMD) to decide if the product is right for you.
