Born and raised in this wonderful area, I’m proud to still call it home. My passion for helping others extends beyond insurance - I am actively involved in the local hockey scene and in my downtime enjoy camping & travelling.

With a Diploma in General Insurance and hands-on experience running small businesses myself, I understand the pressures clients face. My goal is to make insurance simple, efficient, supportive, and stress-free.

In 2021, my family and I moved to Bunbury and have loved becoming part of the community. I live here with my husband and our three children. Outside the office I enjoy travelling and spending time with friends and family.

With over 12 years with Elders Insurance Bunbury, I have worn many hats. I now work closely with clients to make the claims process as smooth and stress-free as possible, ensuring they receive the support they need when it matters most.

Before joining Elders Insurance, I spent 10 years with the Commonwealth Bank, developing strong financial and customer service skills. I have successfully run my own small business for a decade, which has given me a unique understanding of the challenges business owners face.

Born and bred in Bunbury, I have deep roots in the community and am passionate about helping locals protect what’s important to them through expert claims management and personalised service.

I joined Elders Insurance Bunbury in 2023, starting on the front desk where I enjoyed welcoming clients and assisting them with their insurance needs. While I have since moved into the processing and quoting side of the business, focusing on policy renewals, I’m still one of the first points of contact for our clients. This blend of responsibilities allows me to combine my attention to detail with my passion for providing friendly, efficient service.
Outside of work, I love spending time with friends, crafting when I can, and being actively involved in several local sporting clubs. I’m proud to be part of a team that supports our clients and community every day.

Born and bred in Bunbury, I’ve proudly called the South West home for most of my life. Since beginning my insurance career in 1999, I’ve built a reputation for delivering practical, down-to-earth service that helps clients feel confident in their cover.

Over the years, I’ve worked with a variety of insurance companies and broking firms, gaining hands-on experience across all areas of general insurance—including Business, Farm, Transport, and Workers Compensation. This broad exposure has shaped my ability to give solutions that truly fit each client’s unique needs.

My goal is simply to make insurance clear, accessible, and genuinely helpful. Whether it’s protecting a small business, a family farm, or a growing transport operation, I’m here to help clients navigate their options and find the right cover with confidence.

Originally from Northam, I moved to Corrigin in 1989 after marrying & raising two children. I began my insurance career with a local broker for six years, followed by four years in administration. Living in farming communities most of my life taught me the value of hard work, structure, and attention to detail. In 2005, we moved to Bunbury for our children’s schooling. I became Office Manager for a family-owned fencing business before joining Elders Insurance Bunbury in 2015. I take pride in supporting our team and clients by processing policies accurately and efficiently and ensuring everything we do leads to the best possible outcomes.

Outside work, I enjoy time with my husband, children, beautiful grandchildren, gardening, cooking, and was active in the hockey community.

As the friendly face at the front desk, I bring five years of customer service experience and a genuine passion for helping others. New to the insurance industry, I’m eager to learn and grow while supporting both clients and the team. Known for my positive attitude and reliability, I’m here to make every interaction smooth and welcoming.

I joined Elders Insurance in 2022, bringing over a decade of experience in customer service, administration, and financial services. My background includes relationship-focused and leadership across banking, retail, and hospitality, which shaped my passion for helping people and finding practical solutions. I’m tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and committed to making insurance simple and supportive for our clients.

I began my time in WA in a small dairy farming town in the Southwest, quickly falling in love with the lifestyle. Since relocating to Bunbury, I’ve embraced the region and love being part of this vibrant community. Whether assisting with quotes, renewals, or enquiries, I aim to make every interaction friendly and efficient.

Outside of work, I’m either curled up with a book or exploring with my daughter and golden retriever.

Born and raised in the Boyanup-Dardanup area, I'm proud to be part of a close-knit local community and truly value the strong relationships that come from being actively involved. After a recent career change into the Insurance Industry, I bring with me over 30 years of experience in the travel industry, where I specialised in customer service and building long-term client relationships. I believe these skills are highly transferable and will allow me to continue delivering trusted, personal service to clients in my new role.
