You will need to provide information about the incident including details of any other parties involved. If your vehicle has already been towed, please let us know when lodging your claim.

You can pay annually before or on the due date with cash, cheque, money order, Visa or Mastercard, or BPAY. You can also pay monthly by direct debit via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) using your bank account or credit card.

If you pay your policy monthly, it will renew automatically. If you pay annually, we’ll send you a renewal notice at least 14 days before your renewal date. Your policy will automatically lapse if it isn’t paid within 45 days. We’ll send you a reminder notice, followed by an expiry notice 14 days after it lapses.
