Our franchise Agents, Shane and Jo McPhee, are active members and volunteers for the Sunbury Basketball Association (SBA). We are excited to be able to closely partner with the SBA. We want this relationship to extend further than merely sponsorship dollars and ensure that it benefits the members who wish to reach out to us for support with their insurance needs.

Whether it's a face-to-face chat at our Macedon Street office, a phone call or a site visit, we will assess your risks and review your current insurance policy to check you're adequately covered.

Shane is a certified insurance professional who holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Marketing. With 25 years of insurance experience, including senior management positions working with major insurers, he understands all aspects of insurance. He will take the time to work with you to meet your insurance needs.
A Macedon Ranges local, in his spare time Shane loves to play golf and is a member of the Gisborne Golf Club. He still tries to keep up with the kids on the basketball court and coaches for the Sunbury and Macedon Ranges Basketball Associations.
Jo-anne is a certified industry professional and holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration. Jo-anne joined Elders Insurance Sunbury in 2018 and has more than 30 years experience in the insurance industry. She has a deep understanding of all areas of insurance, specialising in insurance sales and relationship management, with skills in underwriting and claims.
Growing up on a sheep and cropping farm in regional Victoria, Jo-anne's heart is in regional communities. She has a passion for community sport with experience in managing community groups and not-for-profits.
Jo-anne is a keen golfer and a member of the Gisborne Golf Club, where she holds the honour of being the Club's first female captain. Jo-anne also enjoys basketball, watching her son play basketball and is a past President of the Gisborne Bulldogs Basketball Club (members of the Sunbury Basketball Association).
Susie prides herself on providing friendly, professional service. An experienced, certified insurance professional who is well placed to support you with your insurance needs, including claims management.
Susie is a Macedon Ranges local with a young family. She values the flexibility her role with Elders Insurance Sunbury provides her and enjoys gardening, shopping and entertaining with family and friends.
Jamie is an experienced, certified insurance professional who is well placed to support you with your insurance needs. Jamie commenced his Elders Insurance career in 2021, working in his hometown in rural NSW, at the Elders Insurance Deniliquin office. Now a member of the Elders Insurance Sunbury team, Jamie has a background in farm insurance.
Relocating to Melbourne with his wife, Jamie enjoys spending time with his family, live music and is an enthusiastic sports fan who particularly enjoys heading to the MCG for a footy game.
Zenden is a certified insurance professional. She is passionate about providing friendly and personalised service to our clients. A new addition to our team, she brings her knowledge of science and engineering to the industry and will go above and beyond to make sure that your Elders Insurance experience is as smooth as possible.
A long-standing Sunbury local, she attended St Anne's Primary School and Salesian College Rupertswood. She is an avid cricket fan and in her spare time enjoys baking for her family, playing piano and watching the cricket.
Kelly comes from an extensive customer service and sales background and is one of our first team members who will greet you with her genuine, friendly and caring approach, when you call our office. She is passionate about looking after our clients here at Elders Insurance Sunbury and enjoys providing professional advice and support for all your insurance needs.
Kelly is a long-standing Macedon Ranges local, who enjoys watching her two sons play football and basketball, while also finding time with her family and friends to enjoy all our local area has to offer.
Jade has a background in automotive repair and insurance, bringing a unique hands-on perspective to her role with Elders Insurance Sunbury. She is a dedicated customer service professional, who excels in building long-lasting relationship with clients. Outside of work, Jade finds joy in culinary explorations and quality time with her husband and daughters, embracing a balanced lifestyle that reflects her commitment to her role and her family.
