Shane is a certified insurance professional who holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Marketing. With 25 years of insurance experience, including senior management positions working with major insurers, he understands all aspects of insurance. He will take the time to work with you to meet your insurance needs.

A Macedon Ranges local, in his spare time Shane loves to play golf and is a member of the Gisborne Gold Club. Beyond his love for golf, Shane is an avid basketball enthusiast who is passionate about watching the game at all levels. He especially enjoys attending live matches to cheer on his son from the sidelines. When time allows, Shane gives back to the sport by volunteering as a coach, sharing his knowledge and experience across a range of age groups and competition levels.

Jo-anne is a certified industry professional and holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration. Jo-anne joined Elders Insurance Sunbury in 2018 and has more than 30 years experience in the insurance industry. She has a deep understanding of all areas of insurance, specialising in insurance sales and relationship management, with skills in underwriting and claims.

Growing up on a sheep and cropping farm in regional Victoria, Jo-anne's heart is in regional communities. She has a passion for community sport with experience in managing community groups and not-for-profits.

Jo-anne is a keen golfer and a member of the Gisborne Golf Club, where she holds the honour of being the Club's first female captain. Jo-anne also enjoys basketball, watching her son play basketball particularly when representing the Melton Thoroughbreds Youth League Men's team. 

Rod holds a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration, majoring in Marketing & Management with 30 years of Sales/Marketing Experience across ANZ and APAC. He has proudly called Sunbury home for over two decades, raising his four children while actively contributing to the local community. His involvement spans the local Football & Netball Club, SunRanges Twins Plus, local schools, the Sunbury Neighbourhood Kitchen, and various social networks, reflecting his deep connection to the area and commitment to giving back.

Though new to the insurance industry, Rod brings extensive experience in building collaborative partnerships, driving high-impact sales and marketing outcomes, and nurturing long-term relationships. His strategic mindset and genuine passion for people make him an asset to our team.

Fun Fact: A lifelong music enthusiast, Rod loves catching live gigs with his wife and regularly DJs at his local footy club, always bringing great vibes and energy wherever he goes.

Zen is a certified insurance professional and Operations Manager at Elders Insurance Sunbury. Since joining the team nearly three years ago, she’s become the steady hand behind the scenes - keeping operations running smoothly and supporting both staff and clients.

A long-standing local who attended St Anne’s Primary and Salesian College Rupertswood, she understands the needs of her community and values genuine, personal service. Known for her calm approach and attention to detail, Zen brings organisation and care to everything she does.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, painting murals and cheering on her favourite sports teams.

Jaspreet is an insurance professional with over 10 years of experience across Australia and New Zealand.  He has built his career around helping clients navigate their insurance needs with confidence from new business and renewals to claims and risk management. Jas has also had the opportunity to mentor team members, contribute to business development and compliance.

Jas worked as a Commercial Broker at Insurance People (MPIP Group) in Auckland, managing his own book of business and handling complex claims. Jas’s earlier roles at Aon and IAG gave him a solid foundation in both corporate and domestic insurance, and he even spent time teaching hospitality at NZIE, a rewarding experience that helped sharpen his communication skills.

Jas holds certifications in RG146 Tier 1 Insurance Broking and the NZ Certificate in Financial Services Level 5.

 Outside of work, Jas enjoys writing, driving, and video gaming. He is a proud dad of two boys and loves spending time with them. He is also a passionate foodie, always up for discovering new flavours and local eats.

Jamie is a certified and highly experienced insurance professional, well-equipped to support you with all your insurance needs. He began his career with Elders Insurance in 2021 at the Deniliquin branch in his hometown in rural New South Wales, before joining the Elders Insurance Sunbury team in 2023.

With a strong foundation in farm insurance, Jamie offers general advice across a broad range of general insurance solutions. His approachable nature and commitment to client service make him a trusted advisor in our community.

Outside of work, Jamie enjoys quality time with his family, catching live music, and cheering on his favourite team, especially when he's at the MCG for a footy match.

Kelly comes from an extensive customer service and sales background and is one of our first team members who will greet you with her genuine, friendly and caring approach, when you call our office.  She is passionate about looking after our clients here at Elders Insurance Sunbury and enjoys providing professional advice and support for all your insurance needs.

Kelly is a long-standing Macedon Ranges local, who enjoys watching her two sons play football and basketball, while also finding time with her family and friends to enjoy all our local area has to offer.

Jade has a background in automotive repair and insurance, bringing a unique hands-on perspective to her role with Elders Insurance Sunbury.  She is a dedicated customer service professional, who excels in building long-lasting relationship with clients.  Outside of work, Jade finds joy in culinary explorations and quality time with her husband and daughters, embracing a balanced lifestyle that reflects her commitment to her role and her family.

Alex is a certified insurance professional who is keen to learn and grow within the insurance industry. He constantly seeks out opportunities to expand his knowledge and experience.

 Outside of his professional interests, Alex enjoys music, gaming, and exploring the vibrant streets of Melbourne's CBD. With a naturally outgoing personality, he thrives on meeting new people and engaging in meaningful conversations.

Jack is an outgoing and caring individual with a strong passion for exercise and basketball. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Sport Science, he plans to transition into physiotherapy to further his commitment to helping others live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Jack thrives on creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere in our workplace, always aiming to bring energy, laughter, and support to those around him. Outside of his studies, he spends his free time at the gym, on the basketball court, and with friends and family.

He is a proud local and been actively involved in volunteer coaching with the Sunbury Basketball Association and the Gisborne Bulldogs, where he has developed strong community ties and a deep appreciation for grassroots sport.
