Scott is the local Agent/Franchise owner of Elders Insurance Swan Hill, having purchased the client servicing rights during 2004/05.
Scott and his team have excellent experience delivering a wide range of insurance products which include: Farm, Business, Commercial Motor & Fleet, Personal Home & Contents and vehicle, Professional risks and major commercial risk protection.
He has excellent people management skills and a high level of professional customer sales experience. Having previously held management roles within Elders Rural Services throughout the 1990’s situated at Kingston and Millicent in South Australia, Scott transitioned into the general insurance industry upon his return which gave him the opportunity to become a business owner.
Scott’s father John, was integral to his progression into the insurance industry having also built a strong local face-to-face insurance business in Robinvale, with John also becoming a successful Elders Insurance Agent throughout his tenure.
Scott enjoys interacting with clients and finding insurance solutions which deliver value. Raising his young family in the Swan Hill region, Scott understands the local environment and appreciates the trust his customers have placed in him and his team.
Don has twelve years of general insurance experience and is a born and bred local to the Swan Hill region with family also residing here. Because of this connection, Don has developed the local knowledge, continuously delivering customer insurance requirements with great efficiency and reliability.
Don is Tier 1 and 2 compliant in General Insurance (FSRA), and is a Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) as an Associate member of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF). These industry based qualifications give Don sound knowledge of regulatory requirements, not to mention the extensive product training modules to be a successful adviser of delivering insurance expertise to our customers.
His responsibilities include managing renewal reviews for Business & Farm customers. In addition to personal support and advice during reviews, Don regularly visits new clients to provide quotations and delivers risk management solutions to suit specific requirements.
With an exceptional focus on customer service and broad knowledge of insurance products available within the Elders Insurance business, Don consistently delivers a friendly and professional approach which our customers rely upon. He is committed to achieving the best possible results by making sure only the appropriate policies are purchased to ensure you achieve great value for money.
Di’s experience in sales and administration management has enabled her to progress from Sales Support administration to claims management responsibilities. She has attained Tier 2 General Insurance (FSRA) industry qualifications, and various training modules enable Di to deliver superior local service which our customers hold in high regard.
Di’s friendly approach throughout the claims process, from claim lodgement to final authorisation, along with her focus on processing claims efficiently, is a critical aspect for our business.
Most of our claims (Approx. 80%) are processed locally from start to finish here in Swan Hill which minimises customer delay and reinforces customer confidence in our business.

Lydia’s role is attending to reception duties, managing personal insurance enquiries and credit control reporting and analysis.
Lydia’s personal touch delivers a welcome and friendly environment to make our customers feel valued and not just another number. She also understands the importance of having your policy covers structured to your specific needs, as Lydia and her husband Corey, a local cabinet maker trading As – Everett’s Kitchens, have been clients themselves for several years.
Her Tier 2 compliance in General Insurance (FSRA) further complements Lydia’s existing Certificate IV in Practice Management and Certificate III Business – Office Administration, these industry qualifications underpin the quality service Lydia delivers daily.
Lydia has grown up in the Swan Hill region with extended family, being locals to the region.
