With more than three decades of experience in the insurance industry, Mark is your local Agent and Authorised Representative. Mark started his insurance journey in 1990 with State Insurance of Victoria and moved to GIO Insurance in 1992 as a business insurance consultant. In 2002 Mark started his Elders Insurance journey and within two years took the opportunity to purchase the Elders Insurance Albury franchise.

Mark has extensive experience in business insurance, predominately specialising in small and medium-sized enterprises (SME). Mark will happily assist all clients with their risk management needs, he prides himself on his personalised customer service.

Mark has completed a Graduate Diploma in Enterprise Development. He is fully compliant with the Financial Services Reform Act (2001) and is ASIC Tier 1 and 2 qualified.

With more than 35 years experience in the insurance industry, Tony is your local Authorised Representative. Starting his insurance journey with ZURICH, where he held a national role focusing on regional business before moving to VERO, Tony joined the Elders Insurance Albury team in 2019.

Tony has extensive insurance experience and ensures he fully understands each client's circumstances to best meet their insurance needs.

Tony is an active member of his community currently holding the role of President of St Patricks Cricket Club Albury. He is fully compliant with the Financial Services Reform Act (2001) and is ASIC Tier 1 and 2 qualified.

With 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, Jane started her insurance journey with Elders Insurance Deniliquin and moved to Elders Insurance Albury in 2021.

Jane aims to provide a calm and welcoming environment for clients, particularly when assisting with claims. She has broad knowledge of rural communities and their insurance needs, allowing her to understand each client and their circumstance.

Jane is fully compliant with the Financial Services Reform Act (2001) and is ASIC Tier 1 and 2 qualified.

Amy has more than 12 years experience in the insurance industry, joining the Elders Insurance Albury team in 2022. With previous banking experience, Amy has a wealth of knowledge which provides clients with an efficient and professional experience.

Amy prides herself on understanding each client's individual circumstances, which has allowed her to broaden her product knowledge surrounding the various components of insurance. She strives to be reliable and manage client requests in a timely manner.

Amy has completed a Certificate 4 in Business Sales; she is fully compliant with the Financial Services Reform Act (2001) and is ASIC Tier 1 and 2 qualified.

With more than seven years of experience in customer service, Grace is no stranger to providing quality assistance. Entering the field of insurance in 2022, she has quickly become familiar with the significance of our clients and their cover, as well as working with the rest of our team to ensure the best possible service.

Grace prioritises her clients’ needs first and places high importance on ensuring they receive the support they deserve. She aims to deliver a positive experience and enjoys connecting and communicating with our clients to understand their individual circumstances. Grace is continuing her training to expand her knowledge on insurance products and growing her experience in financial services.
