With more than three decades of experience in the insurance industry, Mark is your local Agent and Authorised Representative. Mark started his insurance journey in 1990 with State Insurance of Victoria and moved to GIO Insurance in 1992 as a business insurance consultant. In 2002 Mark started his Elders Insurance journey and within two years took the opportunity to purchase the Elders Insurance Albury franchise.
Mark has extensive experience in business insurance, predominately specialising in small and medium-sized enterprises (SME). Mark will happily assist all clients with their risk management needs, he prides himself on his personalised customer service.
Mark has completed a Graduate Diploma in Enterprise Development. He is fully compliant with the Financial Services Reform Act (2001) and is ASIC Tier 1 and 2 qualified.
Paul joined the Elders Insurance Albury team in 2015 and two years later became a partner in the franchise alongside Mark and Paul Felmingham. He is your locally trusted Agent and Authorised Representative.
Paul prides himself in taking the time to gain a thorough understanding of each clients individual situation and circumstance.
Paul is fully compliant with the Financial Services Reform Act (2001) and is ASIC Tier 1 and 2 qualified
With more than 27 years experience in the insurance industry, Paul has been a part of the Elders Insurance Albury team for over two decades. Previously working for GIO Insurance, Paul joined the team in 2002 and shortly after became a partner in the franchise alongside Mark Felmingham and Paul Topalovic. He is your locally trusted Agent and Authorised Representative.
Paul prides himself on his attention to detail for each client, ensuring that they have a thorough understanding of their insurance policy. Paul strives to deliver on clients requests in a professional and timely manner.
Paul is fully compliant with the Financial Services Reform Act (2001) and is ASIC Tier 1 and 2 qualified.
With more than 35 years experience in the insurance industry, Tony is your local Authorised Representative. Starting his insurance journey with ZURICH, where he held a national role focusing on regional business before moving to VERO, Tony joined the Elders Insurance Albury team in 2019.
Tony has extensive insurance experience and ensures he fully understands each client's circumstances to best meet their insurance needs.
Tony is an active member of his community currently holding the role of President of St Patricks Cricket Club Albury. He is fully compliant with the Financial Services Reform Act (2001) and is ASIC Tier 1 and 2 qualified.
With more than 16 years of experience in insurance, Sarah has a wealth of knowledge, allowing her to assist all clients with their insurance needs. In 2016 Sarah joined the Elders Insurance Albury team.
Appointed to Claims Manager in 2022, Sarah provides confidence to clients throughout their claims process, delivering timely and professional service.
Sarah is fully compliant with the Financial Services Reform Act (2001) and is ASIC Tier 1 and 2 qualified.
Cathie has more than 21 years experience in the financial and insurance industry. Cathie joined the Elders Insurance Albury team in 2022. Cathie is passionate about providing solutions for clients based on their individual needs. She strives to provide excellent and timely service to all clients at all times.
Cathie is fully compliant with the FSRA and is ASIC Tier 2 qualified.
