Shane has been involved in the insurance industry since 1988 having spent time as an underwriter in Ballarat.  He started the Elders Insurance Ballarat business in 1991 and with his business and farm insurance knowledge, provides a dedicated service to Ballarat and the surrounding districts, concentrating on growth in commercial, farming and personal insurance needs.

Although new to the insurance industry, Tom’s 25 years of education and small business experience in Ballarat assists him to understand the unique requirements of the local community and how to develop insurance solutions to protect your specific needs.
