Elders Insurance Cairns

Starting his insurance career in 2019, joining Elders Insurance Hamilton VIC, James relocated to Cairns with fiancé Katie in 2022. Taking over from retired agent Loui De Iacovo, James brings a new energy to the Cairns office. Prior to commencing with Elders Insurance James has a background in the farming industry, growing up on and later helping to manage the family’s grazing property in southwest Victoria. James is passionate about providing clients with exceptional customer service and supporting the local community of Far North Queensland. On a personal note, James spends his free time getting out and about in the community with a passion for the outdoors. He enjoys morning runs in the northern beaches, camping and bushwalking in the paradise of North Queensland he now calls home.

Brett has been an insurance professional for more than 30 years, beginning his career with Elders Insurance Merimbula.  In 2019, Brett and his family relocated to Cairns to enjoy the FNQ lifestyle and commenced with Elders Insurance Cairns soon after. On a personal note, Brett enjoys being active through running, mountain bike riding and exploring the beautiful area he now calls home. When he is not out and about, he can usually be found relaxing, watching sport or pottering around in his garden. An insurance specialist, Brett prides himself on his ability to understand client’s requirements and tailor a solution that best meets their needs.

Commencing her insurance career in 2006, Pauline has a wealth of insurance knowledge and extensive claims experience. Prior to joining Elders Insurance Cairns, for almost 20 years Pauline worked at Elders Insurance Central Queensland, servicing with a broad range of regional clients as a Sales Support Office and Claims Manager. Pauline holds a Diploma on Loss Adjusting and prides herself on delivering exceptional customer service.
