Ros started her insurance career with her late husband Noel in the early 1990s and they became Elders Insurance Agents in 2001. Ros developed the same passion Noel had for insurance and she has continued to grow and develop the business.
Born and bred in Longreach, Ros understands the area and works hard to ensure her team deliver the right solutions and protection to the people in her community.
With more than 22 years of experience in the industry, Ros has formalised her insurance knowledge with Certifcate IV in General Insurance and an Associate CIP (Certified Insurance Professional) with the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF).
An award winner for her contribution to Longreach, Ros’s passion to inspire, train and grow her team of locals to support the community is her most satisfying career achievement to date.
