With a solid background in financial services, Sam brings extensive customer service experience to her role. She has quickly gained hands-on experience across various areas, with a particular interest in claims. Sam’s customer-focused approach and drive make her a valued member of the team.

Hayley has worked within the Elders Insurance Network for 11 years, including four years with the Cowra team. She brings a broad range of experience across sales, office management, claims and more. Working remotely from the Central West, Hayley oversees renewals and internal operations, helping ensure the service we deliver is smooth and consistent.
