With Over 25 Years of experience Tom is your local Agent. Tom has extensive knowledge in Livestock Farming and Business operations. After a 12-year stint as a stock agent, Tom joined the Elders insurance team in 1998.

Tom is well qualified in all aspects of the Rural and Business Industry and prides himself on helping locals make informed risk management decisions.

Tom is actively involved in the local community, being the President of the Holbrook and District Racing Club, as well as being an valuable member in the Henty Bushfire Brigade.

Tom is fully compliant with the Financial Services Reform Act (2001) and is ASIC Tier 1 and 2 qualified. 

Susan joined Elders Insurance Holbrook back in 2003 and brings over 25 years of Insurance experience to the team. Susan lives on a large local farm located just outside of Holbrook which has given her a great understanding locals needs in the Rural Industry.

Sue has invaluable experience and knowledge that makes our customers feel confident and comfortable in trusting us to the protect their most treasured assets.

Susan is fully compliant with the Financial Services Reform Act (2001) and is ASIC Tier 1 and 2 qualified. 

Gaylene has been with Elders Insurance since 2010 and she joined the Elders Insurance Hume team in July 2023 on a part time basis. 

 Growing up in Walla Walla, she has local knowledge of the area which has given her a great understanding of local needs in the rural industry. 

 With over 20 years’ experience in the financial services and general insurance industries.  Working in several different positions within these industries including Financial Planner for Elders Financial Planning, Paraplanner and Sales Support Officer.
