With Over 25 Years of experience Tom is your local Agent. Tom has extensive knowledge in Livestock Farming and Business operations. After a 12-year stint as a stock agent, Tom joined the Elders insurance team in 1998.

Tom is well qualified in all aspects of the Rural and Business Industry and prides himself on helping locals make informed risk management decisions.

Tom is actively involved in the local community, being the President of the Holbrook and District Racing Club, as well as being an valuable member in the Henty Bushfire Brigade.

Tom is fully compliant with the Financial Services Reform Act (2001) and is ASIC Tier 1 and 2 qualified. 

Susan joined Elders Insurance Holbrook back in 2003 and brings over 25 years of Insurance experience to the team. Susan lives on a large local farm located just outside of Holbrook which has given her a great understanding locals needs in the Rural Industry.

Sue has invaluable experience and knowledge that makes our customers feel confident and comfortable in trusting us to the protect their most treasured assets.

Susan is fully compliant with the Financial Services Reform Act (2001) and is ASIC Tier 1 and 2 qualified. 

Dymitie has 8 years of experience in the insurance industry. Beginning her career in 2018 in Young she has moved to Albury in 2021 and continued her career with Elders Insurance. She believes in clear communication, trust, and knowledge to lead her clients down the path to success. Dymitie is fully compliant with the Financial Services Reform Act (2001) and is ASIC Tier 1 & Tier 2 accredited.

Nicole has over 25 years’ experience in the Finance and Insurance Industry and has been a part of the Elders Insurance Hume team since July 2024. She believes in providing exceptional customer service to all our clients and endeavours to complete all requests and enquiries in a timely and friendly manner. Nicole is fully compliant with the Financial Services Reform Act (2001) and is ASIC Tier 1 & Tier 2 accredited.

Veronica entered the insurance industry in 1988 in Hamilton. She relocated to Albury Wodonga in March of 2005 and began with Elders Insurance in 2006. With extensive background in insurance Veronica can help you with your New Business, Renewal & Claims. Veronica is fully compliant with the Financial Services Reform Act (2001)  and is Tier 2 accredited.

Joe has a vast range of experience within the Farm/Business region. Joe has moved from Scone coming from Mining background to Albury in March of 2025 and is now our full time Sales Executive. Joe is fully qualified in all aspects of Farm/Business and Fleet industry and prides himself on being able to provide his clients with the correct coverage and be there in times of need. Joe is fully compliant with the Financial Services Reform Act (2001) and is Tier 2 accredited.
