Elders Insurance Kingaroy

Mark has worked in insurance for more than 32 years, joining Elders Insurance Kingaroy in 2004. 

Based in the ‘peanut capital’ of Australia, more than 200km north-west of Brisbane, Mark relies on the strength of relationships with his customers and their word of mouth.

Mark understands the importance of taking the time to learn about his customers and understand their needs, and prides himself on doing right by his clients. 

Mark was the 2020 winner of the Elder's Insurance Black Jacket Award, which recognises outstanding contribution to Elders Insurance.

 

Tom works within the Elders Insurance team as a Sales Representative covering the Dalby and Western Downs area. 

Tom grew up and worked in Blackall having various roles there from a jockey, business owner/manager and a councillor with the Blackall/Tambo regional council. Tom is married and has 3 wonderful grown children. Tom and his wife moved to Dalby in 2016 and started his role with Elders Insurance working from the Dalby Elders Merchandise branch in September 2017.

Tom enjoys his role as an Elders Insurance Salesperson, working with and supporting his existing clients and looks forward to meeting new customers, helping them with their insurance needs and building long term relationships.

Tom is ASIC Tier 1 and 2 qualified.

Kim has more than 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry and has been part of the Elders Insurance Kingaroy team since 2006.

She started her insurance career working with Suncorp before joining the team at Elders Insurance. Calling Kingaroy home since 1982, Kim has a good understanding of the local area and people.

Kim has a wealth of experience and knowledge that gives our customers confidence that their insurance requirements will be met.

Kim ensures your claims are handled in a professional and timely manner and endeavors to make your claims process as stress-free and easy as possible.

She is fully compliant with the Financial Services Reform Act (2001) and is ASIC Tier 2 accredited.

Greg joined Elders Insurance Kingaroy in 2019. Greg grew up locally coming from a local farming family. Greg brings a wealth of knowledge relating to farming requirements and associated business as well as previously owning and managing different businesses himself.

Greg's experiences allows him to understand the requirements of customers, provide a high level of service and is confident in providing solutions for your insurance requirements.

Greg is ASIC Tier 1 and 2 qualified.

With more than 10 years of experience working in the insurance industry, Vanessa returned to Elders Insurance Kingaroy in 2015.

She has grown up in the agriculture industry and with her family continues to assist in the operation of their mixed farming business.

Vanessa has a wealth of knowledge in the industry, specialising in handling claims, making sure they are lodged and processed as quick and stress free as possible. Providing exceptional customer service including quoting and making sure your policy meets all your insurance needs.

Vanessa is fully compliant with the Financial Services Reform Act (2001) and is ASIC Tier 1 and 2 accredited.
