Shane is a certified insurance professional who holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Marketing. With 25 years of insurance experience, including senior management positions working with major insurers, he understands all aspects of insurance. He will take the time to work with you to meet your insurance needs.

A Macedon Ranges local, in his spare time Shane loves to play golf and is a member of the Gisborne Gold Club. Beyond his love for golf, Shane is an avid basketball enthusiast who is passionate about watching the game at all levels. He especially enjoys attending live matches to cheer on his son from the sidelines. When time allows, Shane gives back to the sport by volunteering as a coach, sharing his knowledge and experience across a range of age groups and competition levels.

Jo-anne is a certified industry professional and holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration. Jo-anne joined Elders Insurance Sunbury in 2018 and has more than 30 years experience in the insurance industry. She has a deep understanding of all areas of insurance, specialising in insurance sales and relationship management, with skills in underwriting and claims.

Growing up on a sheep and cropping farm in regional Victoria, Jo-anne's heart is in regional communities. She has a passion for community sport with experience in managing community groups and not-for-profits.

Jo-anne is a keen golfer and a member of the Gisborne Golf Club, where she holds the honour of being the Club's first female captain. Jo-anne also enjoys basketball, watching her son play basketball particularly when representing the Melton Thoroughbreds Youth League Men's team. 

Rod holds a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration, majoring in Marketing & Management with 30 years of Sales/Marketing Experience across ANZ and APAC. He has proudly called Sunbury home for over two decades, raising his four children while actively contributing to the local community. His involvement spans the local Football & Netball Club, SunRanges Twins Plus, local schools, the Sunbury Neighbourhood Kitchen, and various social networks, reflecting his deep connection to the area and commitment to giving back.

Though new to the insurance industry, Rod brings extensive experience in building collaborative partnerships, driving high-impact sales and marketing outcomes, and nurturing long-term relationships. His strategic mindset and genuine passion for people make him an asset to our team.

Fun Fact: A lifelong music enthusiast, Rod loves catching live gigs with his wife and regularly DJs at his local footy club, always bringing great vibes and energy wherever he goes.
