As Moora locals, located in Padbury Street, we know the area and market very well. We specialise in the provision of insurance services to a diverse range of customers including: small to medium sized businesses, heavy transport operators, corporates, farmers and tradespeople.
With a very strong connection in the local shire, the team is committed to a vast number of community activities and organisations which include sporting clubs and schools.
Elders Insurance Moora is a franchised agency which means that we own and operate our business. This enables us to employ local people, invest locally and support the local community and sporting groups.
The majority of the underwriting and claims decisions are made in our local office or onsite at our client's place of business, enabling fast and efficient turnaround.
We have a diverse mix of clients, mainly in the rural and regional small and medium enterprise sector. Our clients include various types of farming operations, commercial enterprise, manufacturing and retail businesses, tradespeople, along with tourism, hospitality and health providers.
All of our team are members of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and comply with the Institute's Code of Ethics.
