With over 30 years’ of experience in the insurance industry, Peter is the backbone of the locally owned and family operated business covering the areas of Benalla, Mansfield, Yea and Alexandra. Along with his wife, Leanne, children Cameron and Ashleigh this family team work hard to ensure your insurance needs are met and you are adequately covered. Aimed at supporting the local community the team help take the stress out of insurance and are there to support and guide you when trouble strikes.
Leanne started the business with Peter in 1999. As Leanne has been there right from the start she has a wealth of knowledge in all areas of the business. Her role as Claims Manager is imperative to the business since it is our claims that demonstrate the true value of our product. Her problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly and calmly in a crisis are essential to solving a claim in an efficient manner with minimal stress to the client. Leanne manages most claims from our office which enables her to draw on our extensive network of local trades and professionals to resolve a claim.
Cameron joined the family business back in 2012 and finds great enjoyment in guiding clients through the world of insurance and providing peace of mind. He’s very passionate about ensuring clients are provided with great cover and has a real knack for conveying policy coverage in plain English. Fully qualified to provide you expert advice on general insurance products specific to your needs. Along with his family, Cameron is there to help and support you when you need it most.
Ashleigh was the lucky last Barri to join the business in 2016. As a property and commercial lawyer, it hasn’t taken long for Ashleigh to find her passion when it comes to insurance. She views insurance as the start of helping clients implement a risk management plan for their properties or businesses, which can be the difference between sinking or swimming in times of trouble. Ashleigh therefore enjoys thinking critically about the needs of clients, laying out the client’s options without jargon and then ensuring that those needs are represented in their insurance. Ashleigh places great importance on fostering real relationships with clients that continue beyond setting up their insurance.
