We’re working hard to support our customers affected by the South East Coast storms and flooding, which have caused severe damage to homes, businesses and communities across New South Wales and Queensland.
Our team of dedicated local Elders Insurance agents and claims officers are available ready to assist. We’re mobilising our assessors, builders and other service providers to ensure we can support you as quickly as possible.
How to claim
If you need to make a claim due to storm or flood damage, please contact your Elders Insurance agent as soon as you’re safe and able to do so.
Your local Elders Insurance agent can assist with advice and support on your policy or to make a claim. It’s ok if you don’t know your policy details; with your name and address we’ll find it for you.
While our assessors and tradespeople can’t enter affected areas until emergency services declare it safe, notifying your local agent of your claim as soon as possible helps us speed up the claims process to get you back on your feet sooner.
Most importantly, we want you and your family to be safe so it’s important that you follow the advice of local authorities.
For the latest information on emerging and current weather conditions across Australia, please listen to the local radio and monitor information from state-based fire and emergency service sources.
We will be here every step of the way to support our customers. For further information about how to access our customer assistance options or to make a claim please contact your local Elders Insurance agent.
