The Perth Hill Bushfire in Western Australia has resulted in significant damage to homes and businesses. The impact is devastating and severe.
We’re working hard to support our affected customers. Our team of dedicated local Elders Insurance Agents and claims officers are available ready to assist. We’re mobilising our assessors, builders and other service providers to ensure we can support you as quickly as possible.
Please remember the safety of you and your family is paramount. It is important that you follow the advice of local fire authorities.
How to claim
If you need to make a claim due to bushfire damage, please contact your Elders Insurance Agent as soon as you’re safe and able to do so
Your local Elders Insurance agent can assist with advice and support on your policy or to make a claim. It’s ok if you don’t know your policy details; with your name and address we’ll find it for you.
While our assessors and tradespeople can’t enter affected areas until emergency services declare it safe, notifying your local agent of your claim as soon as possible helps us speed up the claims process to get you back on your feet sooner.
Most importantly, we want you and your family to be safe so it’s important that you follow the advice of local authorities.
